We really want our tenants to be very happy with their rooms and the houses they stay in. We want the houses to always be clean and well presented. We try hard to make sure that any problems are dealt with quickly, and try to keep in touch with people to make sure that they know how things are going. Living at a b3Homes house is a good way to start off in Southampton. The houses are of good quality and furnished which is less hassle. My house was friendly and had the comforts of home. Living at Argyle Road has been a great experience for me. The kitchen was excellent in terms of space and appliances. The bathroom facilities are great. I have stayed in rented accommodation for 6 years and I can honestly say renting a room from b3Homes was easily the best experience I've had. The service was extremely friendly, very accommodating and flexible, the standard of the room and house was fantastic and the price was excellent. I found the set up very convenient with all the bills included and I was grateful for the important extras such as broadband and free-view being thrown in too.
