Help to buy

Exclusive for first-time buyers who cannot afford to fund 100% of their new home but still want a stylish, modern B3 flat or on-trend urban home can now benefit from the Government's Help to Buy Shared Ownership scheme. 


In short, you can buy a share in a new property from as little as 25% or as much as 75% of the homes value and simply pay rent on the remaining share. You will only be required to find as little as 5% cash deposit too meaning you can afford to move in for far less than traditional mortgage arrangements.
